REFRESHMENT, TOILET AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE KILOMETRE POINTS

Depending on the kilometre points where the refreshment posts are located, these may have a different configuration and different types of products and services (provisional configuration):

KM 4.7: Located on both sides of the road. Refreshment point with water and isotonic drinks (Aquarius). There will be a medical assistance post and portable toilets.
KM 8.3: Located on both sides of the road. Refreshment point with water and isotonic drinks (Aquarius).
KM 10.4: Located on both sides of the road. Refreshments with water and isotonic drinks (Aquarius). There will be a medical aid station and portable toilets.
KM 11.7: Located on both sides of the road. Refreshment point with water and isotonic drinks (Aquarius).
KM 15.3: Located on both sides of the road. Refreshments with water and isotonic drinks (Aquarius). There will be a medical aid station and portable toilets.
KM 17.4: Located on both sides of the road. Refreshment point with water and isotonic drinks (Aquarius).
KM 21.1: Located on both sides of the road. Refreshments with water, isotonic (Aquarius) and 226ERS bars and gels. There will be a medical aid station and portable toilets.
KM 22.1: Located on both sides of the road. Refreshments with water and isotonic (Aquarius). Sponges.
KM 25.2: Located on the right side of the road. Refreshments with water and isotonic drinks (Aquarius). There will be a medical aid station and portable toilets, as well as solid supplies.
KM 27.2: Located on both sides of the road. Refreshments with water and isotonic drinks (Aquarius).
KM 29.7: Located on both sides of the road. Refreshments with water, isotonic (Aquarius) and 226ERS gummies and gels. Solid refreshments. There will be a medical aid station and portable toilets.
KM 32,7: Located on the right side of the road. Refreshments with water and isotonic (Aquarius). Sponges.
KM 35.5: Located on both sides of the road. Refreshment point with water, isotonic (Aquarius) and 226ERS gummies and bars. Solid refreshments. There will be a medical aid station and portable toilets.
KM 37: Located on both sides of the road. Refreshments with water and isotonic (Aquarius), as well as solid refreshments.
KM 40.2: Located on both sides of the road. Refreshment point with water and isotonic drinks (Aquarius), as well as solid refreshments. There will be a medical aid station and portable toilets.
FINISH: Refreshments with water and isotonic drinks (Aquarius) and solid refreshments. There will be a medical aid station and portable toilets.

Important:

The refreshment posts are sized to absorb the 10,000 runners of the Marathon. There will be a large number of tables at each of the refreshment posts. Runners are kindly requested not to take their drinks from the first tables at the first refreshment posts, so as not to overcrowd the area.
At Kilometre Points 22.5 and 32.5 there will be sponges as well as water and isotonic drinks (Aquarius).
At Kilometre Points 21.2 and 29.7 there will be sponges as well as water and isotonic drinks (Aquarius).

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

In addition to medical assistance at the marathon refreshment points (kilometres 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40), there will be a medical assistance post just past the finish line and at the start. A physiotherapy and podiatry service will also be available in this area, exclusively for injured runners.

The organisers advise runners to have a medical check-up before the marathon and to practice sport responsibly and always under the supervision of qualified trainers and staff.
